"Money Education, a Critical Part of Life Success But Not Taught in School"
Covid shed a harsh light on the stark disparities in education and equity. Triple Play ATL mission's is to teach financial education and literacy. We believe that a single action can make a difference in the community, and that collective action can greatly impact the world. Through outreach and zoom presentations, in partnership with Merrill Lynch, our team works tirelessly to teach crucial money habits that are essential for life success but not taught at school or in college.
Who We Are
Here at Triple Play ATL, we believe that money education is crucial to life success no matter what you do. However, it is not taught in school or college. Since our founding in 2021, we have been determined to make an impact. The core of our efforts is to financial literacy and equity to our local community and beyond. Through all of our endeavors we hope to make a difference.
Ways We Help
Triple Play ATL hopes to changing and shaping lives no matter how small or big in our local community. The work we do at our organization is aimed at providing a one small step at a time approach to solving some of our society’s biggest challenges. In our small way, we hope to create equity in resources, education, and opportunity. We are grateful for our many community partners who together help empower others by creating opportunities for individuals and communities.
Triple Play Gear Dugout
Leveling the playing field by providing gear
We are grateful with our community partnership with NYO RECREATION LEAGUE to create a gear dugout where you can borrow gear. Whether you need gear due to financial hardships, simply you forgot your gear that day or if in the case of the Christopher's League for athletes with special needs, just want to borrow for that day, we are here. With access to the right resources, people can become empowered by their own abilities and fulfill their potential.
Financial Education
Leveling the playing field by financial literacy equity
We are grateful with our partnership since 2021 with BANK OF AMERICA/ MERRILL LYNCH to teach better money habits through zoom and live (in the future) presentations. With our organization’s mission always in mind, we strive to find new strategies for dealing with this challenge. No matter what you do in your future, you need to know about finances. Triple Play Scholarship at NYO
Leveling the playing field by creating opportunities
We are grateful for our partnership with DICK'S SPORTING GOODS. Since 2020, we have offered a scholarship to play at NYO, our local recreation league. In partnership with Dick's, since 2021, we are offering to provide the gear for that athlete as well. At Triple Play ATL, we are always striving to make a difference, and invite you to learn more and lend your support.
